Camelback Ranch Capital  
Funding
• Goal: To get Council direction on staff presenting the concept and  
possible strategies to ensure anticipated and unanticipated funding  
for capital maintenance, repairs, and replacement of assets at  
Camelback Ranch.
–Deliverable 1: Council workshop to discuss longer term capital 
expense projection for Camelback Ranch
–Deliverable 2: Funding plan for capital expenses

Alley Gates

• Goals: To get Council direction on staff expanding the
gates standards created as part of the Alley Access
Control Program as well as funding options.
–Deliverable 1: Information on a range of options for consideration 
for the Alley Access Control Program including any financial and 
operational impacts

Bulk Trash Collection in Gated  
Alleys

• Goal: To get Council direction on the placement of bulk
trash in gated alleyways.
-Deliverable 1: Council Workshop discussion on the operational 
analysis and financial impact of bulk trash placement in gated 
alleyways

Facility Maintenance in  
Neighborhoods

• Goal: To get Council direction on staff completing an  
amendment to the Building Asset Philosophy to add  
aesthetics of city-owned building in residential  
neighborhoods.
–Deliverable 1:  - Assessment of facilities needing immediate  
attention 
- Prioritization options of capital O&M improvements 
to potentially address exterior property items
–Deliverable 2: Council Workshop on the operational and financial 
analysis providing for increased maintenance in support of exterior 
aesthetics based on proximity to residential property
