RESOLUTION NO. R21-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE,
MARICOPA
COUNTY,
ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF AND DIRECTING THE
ENTERING INTO OF THE ARIZONA STATE LIBRARY,
ARCHIVES AND PUBLIC RECORDS LSTA SUBGRANT NO.
2021-0340-WIFIH-07, FOR WIFI HOTSPOT LENDING AT THE
GLENDALE PUBLIC LIBRARY.
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale requested grant funding from the Arizona State Library,
Archives and Public Records for Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending at the Glendale Public Library, Subgrant
Agreement No. 2021-0340-WiFiH-07; and
WHEREAS, the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records has awarded the City
$4,000 for the Project.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and the citizens to
accept and enter into the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records Subgrant Agreement No.
2021-0340-WiFiH-07 for Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending at the Glendale Public Library.
SECTION 2. That the City of Glendale may accept and expend the $4,000 subgrant award.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute and deliver such agreement on behalf of the City of Glendale.
