RESOLUTION NO. R21-79
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING
THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE,
ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
GPA21-02 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 51ST AVENUE AND PEORIA
AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by
approving General Plan Amendment GPA21-02, amending the General Plan Land Use Map from
MDR5 (Medium Density Residential) to MHDR 12 (Medium-High Density Residential) for the
property located south of the southeast corner of 51st Avenue and Peoria Avenue.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Glendale,
Maricopa County, Arizona, this 10th day of August, 2021.
