RE: New Proposed Residential Development
Moderne at Arrowhead
Northeast Corner of 67" Avenue and Greenway Road
Glendale, Arizona
Dear Ms. Segotta-Jones:
I represent the landowner of an approximately 9.4 acre parcel of land located at the
northeast corner of 67th Avenue and Greenway Road (see attached aerial photograph). My client
is proposing to rezone the property for the development of a 182 multifamily apartment complex.
In accordance with the requirements of the City of Glendale, I am writing to request the District
provide a Statement of Adequate School Facilities related to this 182 unit apartment
development. For your reference I have also attached a copy of the proposed site plan for the
development.
I appreciate your timely cooperation in this matter. Please do not hesitate to contact me
should you have any questions or comments or need any further information.
Sincerely,
Yavid Cisiewski, Esq.
