RESOLUTION NO. R21-91
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING
THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE,
ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
GPA21-03 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER of 83rd AVENUE AND NORTHERN
AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by
approving General Plan Amendment GPA21-03, amending the General Plan Land Use Map from LDR
2.5 (Low Density Residential 1-2.5 du/ac) to MDR 5 (Medium Density Residential 3.5-5.0 du/ac) for
the property located east of the southeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Northern Avenue.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Glendale,
Maricopa County, Arizona, this 14th day of September, 2021.
