While this instrumentation is designed for robust, reliable operation over its lifetime, periodic consumable replacement and part maintenance is required to maintain optimal performance. In some cases, this maintenance is even required to maintain warranty coverage. Instrumentation part replacement and maintenance necessitates procurement of an inventory of parts and supplies. These parts and supplies are highly specialized and alternate manufacturers of proprietary parts and supplies do not exist. Accordingly, Agilent is the only manufacturer of these proprietary parts and supplies. Furthermore, Agilent is the only direct supplier of these proprietary parts and supplies in the state of Arizona. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information or clarification.
