Cotton Lane and Northern Avenue.
County jurisdiction zoning is Planned 
Industrial and Intermediate 
Commercial.
Proposal is to  annex and rezone 
property to PAD for a mixed-use 
development.

Council CONSENSUS to move forward 
with annexation 
As required by State Statute, the City Council 
public hearing is held on the “Blank 
Petition”.

Annexation Process/Next Steps

Property owner signatures may then be 
obtained on the “Petition”.
A City Council public hearing is tentatively 
scheduled for the adoption of the annexation 
on October 26 , 2021.
If the annexation is approved, the site would 
be added into the Glendale City limits 30 days 
later.
