RESOLUTION NO. R21-124
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, ADOPTING 
THE “CITY OF GLENDALE STREET NAMING/RENAMING 
POLICY”; AND SETTING FORTH AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1.  That certain document entitled “City of Glendale Street Naming/Renaming 
Policy,” is on file in the office of the City Clerk and is hereby adopted and three copies to remain 
on file with the City Clerk. 
SECTION 2.  That the Street Naming/Renaming Policy for the City of Glendale shall 
become effective upon passage of this resolution by the Glendale City Council. 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of 
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 14th day of December, 2021.
