A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A 
LICENSE 
AGREEMENT 
WITH 
GLENDALE 
ARIZONA 
HISTORICAL SOCIETY FOR THE USE OF CITY PROPERTY 
LOCATED AT 9802 N. 59TH
AVENUE, GLENDALE, 
ARIZONA. 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1.  That the City Council authorizes the City Manager or designee and the City 
Clerk to enter into a License Agreement with Glendale Arizona Historical Society for the use of 
city property located at 9802 North 59th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona.  A copy of said agreement is 
on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 11th day of January, 2021.
