RESOLUTION NO. R22-07 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA21-07 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF 51ST AVENUE AND BELL ROAD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving General Plan Amendment GPA21-07 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from PC (Planned Commercial) to HDR (High Density Residential 20-30 du/ac) for property located north of the northwest corner of 51st Avenue and Bell Road.
