Jones of Thrasherland, LLC (Thrasherland), is submitting this application for the annexation of the subject property (Property) identified with Assessor Parcel Number 501-54-002C. The parcel is one of a number of contiguous parcels owned by Thrasherland but is the only remaining parcel that is located outside of the City of Glendale (Glendale), and within Maricopa County. To facilitate future development and consistent regulatory treatment, Thrasherland desires to annex the subject Property into the City of Glendale, and to zone the property to ‘M-2’, matching the adjacent parcels. This annexation will give Glendale the opportunity to approve any future development of the properties as a unified design.
