AN
ORDINANCE OF
THE
COUNCIL
OF THE
CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AND FILE AN AIRPORT LAND LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH GLENDALE AERO SERVICES, INC F O R CERTAIN
PROPERTY AT THE GLENDALE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of the Glendale Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to lease to Glendale Aero Services, Inc, certain Property at the
Glendale Municipal Airport for the construction of an aircraft storage hangar and operational 
space.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and the citizens
thereof that the Airport Land Lease Agreement be entered into, and that certain Property at the
Glendale Municipal Airport, consisting of approximately 48,600 square feet and more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance, shall be leased to Glendale Aero Services.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
and file the Airport Land Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Glendale. A copy of said
agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Glendale.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Glendale,
Maricopa County, Arizona, this 11th day of January, 2022.
