The North 25 feet of the property as described in the Quit Claim Deed recorded as instrument 2013-
0222238 on file with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office and lying in the Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 2 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and
Meridian, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 30, being a 2-inch Maricopa County aluminum
cap marked “T5N R2W 1/4 S30 S29 2002 RLS 21782” from which the Northeast corner of said Section
30, being a 3-inch Maricopa County brass cap marked “5N R2W S19 S20 S29 S30 2002 RLS 21782”
bears North 00°15'53” East, for a distance of 2642.08 feet;
Thence along the East-West mid-section line of said Section 30, North 89°43’35” West, for a distance of
