RESOLUTION NO. R22-14
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A 
LICENSE 
AGREEMENT 
FOR 
MOTORCYCLE 
SKILLS 
TRAINING LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 
91ST AVENUE AND CARDINALS WAY WITH SPECIAL 
OLYMPICS ARIZONA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1.  That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute and 
deliver a License Agreement for motorcycle skills training located at the southwest corner of 91st
Avenue and Cardinals Way with Special Olympics Arizona.  Said License Agreement is on file 
with the City Clerk. 
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk are authorized and 
directed to execute and deliver such agreement on behalf of the City of Glendale. 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of 
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 8th day of March, 2022.
