A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A 
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THT 28, LLC, FOR USE OF 
CITY-OWNED
REAL 
PROPERTY
TO 
SUPPORT 
DOWNTOWN RESTAURANT OPERATIONS ADJACENT TO 
6729 N. 57TH DRIVE, GLENDALE, AZ 85301.
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale owns and controls a variety of properties through the 
community, including, but not limited to, buildings, parking lots, public rights of way, roadway, 
and vacant land; and
WHEREAS, the City supports a vibrant downtown and encourages local businesses to 
create patron activity that attracts additional economic growth and enlivens the downtown 
environment; and
WHEREAS, allowing the use of or access to city-owned or controlled property to support 
downtown revitalization is in the best interest of the city
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1.  The City Council authorizes the City Manager or designee and the City 
Clerk to enter into a License Agreement with THT 28, LLC pertaining to property located 
adjacent to 6729 N. 57th Drive, Glendale, Arizona.  A copy of said agreement is on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of 
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 8th day of March, 2022.
