Amendment to the Development agreement DA • Removal of project timeline • Change in ownership • Live Events • Request additional signage 10 Informational Update 11 Render of Building Digital Sign Locations 2. Amendment to the Planned Area Developments (PADs) • To include recently acquired ADOT land into the Centerpoint PAD and add portions of the Organic 101 PAD into project’s boundaries that are now owned by the developer. 12 Informational Update 13 Informational Update • Staff and Ownership will be returning to city council with an updated agreement that address the DA items. • The PAD entitlement process will also begin in earnest. 14 Timeline and Next Steps Questions? 15
