Quantum Agreement

Attestation of PCI Compliance. When applicable, the Conttactor will provide the City
annually with a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) attestation of
compliance certificate signed by an officer of Conttactor with over.,ight responsibility.
10.
