RESOLUTION NO. R22-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE’S COMMUNITY HOUSING 2022-2026 CAPITAL
FUND PROGRAM FIVE-YEAR ACTION PLAN TO THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
(HUD).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s Community
Housing 2022-2026 Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan, hereafter, “Capital Fund
Program Five-Year Action Plan,” and authorizes the submission of the Capital Fund Program
Five Year Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Capital
Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are
available for review/inspection at the following locations:
• Housing Administration Office, 6842 North 61st Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301
• City of Glendale website: www.glendaleaz.com
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk be authorized and
directed to execute and submit the Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development and execute all necessary documents if the
action is consistent with the Capital Fund Program Five-Year Action Plan on behalf of the City.
