RESOLUTION NO. R22-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE COMMUNITY HOUSING’S 2022 ANNUAL PHA
PLAN (FORM HUD-50075-ST) TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT
OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s 2022
Community Housing Annual Public Agency (PHA) Plan (Form HUD-50075-ST) hereafter,
“Annual PHA Plan” and authorizes the submission of the Annual PHA Plan to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Annual PHA Plan is now on file in the
office of the City Clerk and copies are available for review/inspection at the following locations:
• Housing Administration Office, 6842 North 61st Avenue, Glendale, Arizona 85301
• City of Glendale website: www.glendaleaz.com
SECTION 2. That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk be authorized and
directed to execute and submit the 2022 PHA Plan and execute any and all agreements and
documents necessary for the submission to and approval by HUD on behalf of the City of
Glendale.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 12th day of April, 2022.
