Additional Information for the Festival Permit:

Trailer Image: 2-4 barrels with rope will enclose the purchase area and beer garden.The counter
for purchases will be in front of the beer taps.

All staff are trained and certified with Title 4 Basic certification. Management during each shift

also has Title 4 Management training.
All necessary forms and documents remain on site during business hours.
4-2 Manager(s) will be on site for the event.

Security at the event is provided. We will have 1 additional security person working the event at
our trailer.
