Description:

The City of Scottsdale invited sealed proposals from qualified firms for the purchase
of print and audio visual materials for the four branches of the Scottsdale Public
Library and the associated services including library cataloging and processing to
prepare the materials to be shelf ready upon delivery.

Justification:

The evaluation committee has recommended the successful bidder for award in
accordance to the evaluation factors set forth in the request for proposal
representing the best interest of the City.
