The city of Glendale, AZ is updating the Transportation Development Impact Fees to ensure that new 
growth pays its proportional fair share for capacity in our transportation network. As part of that 
process the city has commissioned TischlerBise to develop the Land Use Assumptions and 
Transportation Infrastructure Improvements Plan.  A copy of the draft report will be available for public 
review on the city of Glendale website.  The city intends to hold a Public Hearing on June 28th, 2022 at 
5:30PM, at the city of Glendale City Council Chambers located at 5850 West Glendale Ave   for the 
purpose of taking public comments.  No formal action will occur at that time.
