In addition; Re-slope the RSPS discharge header valve pit area to promote draining to the sump with concrete fill. 12. All raw sewage pump VFDs will be replaced. VFDs will communicate with the process control system via ethernet communication. Local control stations will be installed next to each raw sewage pump. 13. Light fixtures will be replaced with LED fixtures. 14. Install security features throughout the RSPS, see the Security section below for clarity: 15. Recoating of ornamental/architectural steel paint and process piping within areas of work. Canopy for Odor Control equipment to be repainted as well as fire protection piping. 16. A new PLC cabinet will be installed in the RSPS Electrical Building. 11. New level floats and radar type level transmitter will be installed within the pump station wetwell. 12. The magnetic type flowmeter on the RSPS discharge header will be replaced. 13. The combustible gas detector monitoring the RSPS wetwell will be replaced. 17. Full Security and Card Access, Cameras as proposed in K&H Electric backup with 4/7/2022 itemization. Airport Lift Station (Area 16) 20. Removal of existing and installation of a new flow meter and transmitter within the existing flow meter vault. 21. Installation of pressurized cleanout and below grade piping on the flow meter bypass pipe. 22. Replace electrical switchgear at the ALS and install in a prefabricated electrical building. 23. Replace existing standby generator with new. 24. A new PLC cabinet will be installed in the ALS Electrical Building. 25. Full Security and Card Access, Cameras as proposed in K&H Electric backup with 4/7/2022 itemization. Overall Security Improvements as developed by Hunter, K&H Electric, and City of Glendale with Security vendors: 27. The Security and Electrical Contractor propose to install an integrated ldentiv Card Access, CCTV system and Motion Detectors per 90 % specifications dated 1/2022, addendum 1 dated 10/04/2021 90 %, plans dated 1/2022 and plans provided by Mr. Robert Purrington for the City of Glendale Airport Electrical Lift Station. The specific plans provided by Mr. Robert Purrington of the City of Glendale for this project are plans pg. E16-2 for the Electrical building and Google Maps shot dated 2022 for the site plan of the Electrical building with hand drawn device locations. The Contractor will provide the City of Glendale and Engineer plans as an attachment to the proposal and Contractor will list the device location as proposed. The existing 3VR Video Management Software (VMS) that ESI installed is used for the integration of the access control, cameras and motions. The programming, terminations and testing of cameras, will be done by the City of Glendale at the existing head end located in the Administration Building. Included in this proposal are the needed software licenses, submittal's to the City of Glendale/Engineer for card access and power for door locking hardware on the building. Excluded from this proposal* are power for Motion Detectors, exterior camera pole, conduit, back boxes, fire alarm relay for card access tie-in, workstation, switches, network ports, patch panels, network cabinet and or network racks. *This is provided by the Electrical Contractor for the Security Contractor. We will provide strikes and door closers only to be used on the double doors. One of the double doors will stay locked and will not need a strike or door closer. Also, the permit fees are not needed for a City of Glendale building. Security Contractor will submit plans to the City of Glendale for card access showing fire alarm tie-in.
