A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING 
ENTERING 
INTO 
AN 
AIRPORT 
DEVELOPMENT 
REIMBURSABLE 
GRANT 
AGREEMENT 
WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, 
MULTIMODAL PLANNING DIVISION (GRANT NUMBER 
E2S5N), AND THE ACCEPTANCE AND EXPENDITURE OF 
GRANT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,863,000 FOR APRON 
REHABILITATION 
AT 
THE 
GLENDALE 
MUNICIPAL 
AIRPORT.  
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and its citizens 
that the City enter into the Airport Development Reimbursable Grant Agreement (Grant Number 
E2S5N) with the Arizona Department of Transportation, Multimodal Planning Division, Aeronautics 
Group, and that the City accept and expend grant funds in the estimated amount of $1,863,000 for 
apron rehabilitation at the Glendale Municipal Airport. 
 
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and the City Clerk is authorized and 
directed to execute and deliver any and all documents necessary for the entering into, acceptance 
and expenditure of the grant on behalf of the City of Glendale.   
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
