ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 
NO. 2025-034 
 
 
 
Pursuant to the Constitution of the State of Arizona, Art. 6, Sec. 24, A.R.S. 
§12-213, as amended, and Rule 96 of the Rules of the Arizona Supreme Court (RASC),  
 
IT IS ORDERED that Elizabeth Ann Campbell is hereby appointed as a Court 
Commissioner of the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County, effective March 17, 
2025, on a full-time basis, with the working title of “Commissioner.” Elizabeth Ann 
Campbell shall serve one uninterrupted term of service, until retirement, resignation, or 
termination. 
 
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Elizabeth Ann Campbell shall have all such 
powers and duties pursuant to law which shall include, but not be limited to, those powers 
and duties prescribed by A.R.S. §12-213, as amended, and Rule 96, RASC, as amended. 
 
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Elizabeth Ann Campbell is assigned to hear any 
matter within the purview of this appointment pursuant to law. 
 
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Elizabeth Ann Campbell shall receive 
compensation at an annual salary of ninety percent of the salary of a judge of the Superior 
Court, which currently calculates to $171,000.00, pro-rated for the balance of calendar 
year 2025.  This appointment is conditioned upon the agreement to serve only for the 
compensation received as a Court Commissioner while employed as a Commissioner by 
the Court, and to receive no additional compensation or benefit, fiscal or otherwise, when 
acting in the capacity of a Judge Pro Tempore.
