RESOLUTION NO. R22-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING
THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE,
ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT
GPA22-02 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST
CORNER OF CAMELBACK ROAD AND 99TH AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by
approving General Plan Amendment GPA22-02, amending the General Plan Land Use Map from
PC (Planned Commercial) to EMU (Entertainment Mixed Use) for the property located at the
northeast corner of Camelback Road and 99th Avenue.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 27th day of September, 2022.
