AMENDMENT NO. 002 
TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT 
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PHOENIX No. 100501 
AND 
THE CITY OF GLENDALE C-4551 
FOR SHARING OF COMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES 
 
This Amendment No. 002 (“AMENDMENT”) is made and entered into by and between the 
City of PHOENIX, on behalf of the Regional Wireless Cooperative (“RWC”), and the City of 
GLENDALE, and is effective on the date of the last signature below (“Effective Date”). The 
parties are sometimes referred to jointly herein as “AGENCIES” and individually as 
“AGENCY.” when referenced together referred to as the “AGENCIES”. 
 
 
RECITALS 
 
A. PHOENIX, on behalf of the RWC, and GLENDALE have the power to execute 
intergovernmental agreements pursuant to A.R.S. Section 11-952. 
 
B. PHOENIX has the power to execute intergovernmental agreements pursuant to 
Phoenix City Charter. 
 
C. GLENDALE has the power to executive intergovernmental agreements pursuant 
to Glendale City Charter 
 
D. On June 1, 2002, the AGENCIES entered into Intergovernmental Agreement 
No. 100501 (“Agreement”). 
 
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between parties as follows:  
 
 
AMENDMENT 
 
1. 
In Section 7 of the Agreement, the Term is extended for an additional period of ten (10) 
years beginning June 1, 2022 and ending on June 1, 2032. 
 
 
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
