RESOLUTION NO. R22-108 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING ENTERING INTO A GRANT AGREEMENT 
WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA, (GRANT #E3M3L 01C), AND 
THE ACCEPTANCE AND EXPENDITURE OF GRANT FUNDS 
IN THE AMOUNT OF $75,085 TO REHABILITATE, REALIGN, 
AND RECONSTRUCT TAXIWAYS A4 AND A6 AT THE 
GLENDALE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.  
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and its citizens 
that the Grant Agreement (Grant #E3M3L 01C) with the State of Arizona through its Department 
of Transportation to be entered into, and that the City accept and expend grant funds in the 
approximate amount of $75,085.00 for the “Taxiway Rehabilitation Realign/Reconstruct TW’s A4 
& A6” project at the Glendale Municipal Airport. 
 
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and the City Clerk are authorized and 
directed to execute and deliver any and all documents necessary for the entering into, acceptance 
and expenditure of the grant on behalf of the City of Glendale.  
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
