Dear Mayor and Council:

This letter details Glendale Elementary School District’s (GESD) support of the 67 Flats and
Juniper Square Dominium communities proposed at the northwest corner of 67th Avenue
& Maryland Avenue on parcels 144-05-010C, 144-05-008A, and 144-05-009A. The District is
in support of these communities recognizing an economic boost to our community as well
as an attempt to relief the housing shortage facing our great state.

We appreciate your commitment to the citizens of Glendale and your support of our GESD
students.
