AMENDMENT NO. 1 
JOB ORDER CONTRACTING FOR FENCING 
(City of Glendale, Contract No. C22-0197) 
This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment") to the Job Order Contracting for Fencing 
("Agreement") is made this ___ day of ____ ,, 2022, ("Effective Date"), by and 
between the City of Glendale, an Arizona municipal corporation ("City") and AA Anchor 
Fence., Inc., dba Associated Fence, an Arizona corporation authorized to do business in 
Arizona ("Contractor"). 
RECITALS 
A.
On February 22, 2022, the City and Associated Fence of Glendale, LLC
("Contractor") entered into Linking Agreement, Contract No. C22-0197,
("Agreement"); and
B.
The original Mohave County Contract, Contract No. AFCO-1103 had an initial
one-year term beginning November 3, 2020, through November 3, 2021 and
provided the option to extend for an additional four (4) years renewable on an
annual basis; and
C.
On January 3, 2022, Contractor filed a Trade Name application with the Arizona
Secretary of State to conduct business as Associated Fence. A similar certification
documenting AA Anchor Fence, Inc. dba Associated Fence was filed with the
Internal Revenue Service on April 4, 2022; and
D.
City and Contractor wish to modify and amend the Agreement subject to and strictly
in accordance with the terms of this Amendment.
AGREEMENT 
In consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein and other good and valuable 
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the City and 
Contractor hereby agree as follows: 
1.
Recitals. The recitals set forth above are not merely recitals, but form an integral
part of this Amendment.
2.
Term. The term of the Agreement is unchanged.
3.
Scope of Work. The Scope of Work is being amended to make this a Citywide use
contract identified in the Scope of Work attached as Exhibit B.
4.
Compensation. The compensation for this Agreement 1s being increased by
$400,000 for a new not-to-exceed amount of $1,200,000.
5.
Insurance Certificate. Current certificate expired on October 1, 2022. A new
certificate applying to the extended term must be provided to Materials Management
