Important to have an “identity”; “iconic” element

Exterior materials should feel like Arizona

Less glazing on the South Side
Public Spaces

Open offices at City Hall are better for light and flexibility

Huge disconnect between city & public today; bring public to the building

People need to know what services are available, city needs to do better in bringing them to the public

Lounge space/seating – open spaces

Signage wayfinding

Likes open stairwells & access to daylight

Concern about no elevator in the parking garage – ADA parking/people walking up and down the stairs
