Owner and Listing Broker hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Section 1 of the Agreement shall be deleted in its entirety, and replaced with the following: TERM: The term of this Agreement shall commence upon execution and shall end at midnight on June 12, 2024. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Owner may terminate this Agreement at any time for Cause by giving written notice to Listing Broker. “Cause” is defined as failure or refusal to perform or observe any obligation, covenant, or condition of this Agreement by Listing Broker. Owner, in its sole and absolute discretion, may extend the term of this Agreement to June 12, 2025. Owner shall provide written notice to Listing Broker of the Owner’s desire to extend the term, prior to May 12, 2024. In the event Owner does not provide notice to Listing Broker prior to May 12, 2024, this Agreement will end at midnight on June 12, 2024, as set forth above.
