On May 16, 2023, the city received an email from the Principal Engineer, Alan 
Heathcoat, from the Transportation Department. Transportation waived the requirement 
of a traffic study for the Residences at Westgate General Plan Amendment (GPA22-13) 
and Rezone (ZON22-27).
