This is an addendum to the Contract dated August 15, 2021 between the following Parties:

Seller/Landlord: Kimberlee Swanson

Buyer/Tenant: City of Glendale, Arizona c/o M. Hess

. Premises: 8809 N 50th Dr, Glendale, AZ 85302-5016

. The following additional terms and conditions are hereby included as a part of the Contract between Seller and Buyer for the above referenced Premises:
