This is an addendum to the Contract dated October, mer 2021 between the following Parties:

Seller/Landlord: Kimberlee Swanson

Buyer/Tenant: City of Glendale, Arizona c/o M. Hess

Premises: 4821 W Townley Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302-5116

The following additional terms and conditions are hereby included as a part of the Contract between Seller and Buyer for the above referenced Premises:
The landlord and the tenant agree to extend the expiration of the lease agreement for

the property noted above by 1 year to November 30, 2024.

The rental amount beginning December 1, 2023 will be $1,900 and the tenant agrees

to pay the lease in full prior to December Ist, 2023.

All other terms and conditions not addressed remain the same.
