Re: 67 Flats and Juniper Square
The proposed project will consist of a Final Plat for APN’s 144-05-008A, 144-05-
009A and 144-05-010C, residing at the NWC of W Maryland Avenue and N 67TH
Avenue, to be split into two parcels. 67 Flats, encompassing approximately 18.4±
acres for a multifamily residential community, and Juniper Square, encompassing
approximately 8.4± acres for an independent senior living community.
Both sites will have access from existing rights of ways along Maryland Avenue
and 67TH Avenue.
The plat will dedicate right of way along 69TH Avenue as well as public utility
easements along 67TH Avenue, Maryland Avenue and 69TH avenue.
