10.
Authorized Signature. Each party to this Agreement represents that the person signing this Agreement on its behalf is
authorized by each respective party to do so.
11.
Miscellaneous. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties concerning the matters contained
herein and supersedes all other Agreements between the parties concerning such matters. No provision of this Agreement
may be waived or modified except by writing signed by the party against whom such waiver or modification is sought.
12.
Legal Worker Requirements: To the extent applicable under ARS § 41-4401, Agency verifies that it checks the
employment eligibility through the e-verify program of any employee it hires, and complies with federal immigration
laws and regulations relating to their employees. As required by ARS § 41-4401, MCCCD advises that it is a material
breach of the Agreement that is subject to penalties up to and including termination of the Agreement; and that the law
provides other rights to MCCCD to ensure compliance.
