▪Puda property annexation is a 2.9-acre parcel located 
at the southwest corner of West Northern and Alsup 
Avenues.
▪Maricopa County jurisdiction zoning is RU-43 (Rural 
Zoning District).
▪Proposal is to annex to RR-45 (Rural Residence – 45) 
and rezone property to  C-2 (General Commercial 
District), to allow for commercial uses on the site.
