RESOLUTION NO. R24-23 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE’S 2024 GLENDALE HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PHA PLAN (form HUD-50075-HP) TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. That the City Council hereby approves the City of Glendale’s 2024 Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan (hereafter the 2024 PHA Plan) and authorizes the submission of the 2024 PHA Plan to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 2024 PHA Plan and is now on file in the office of the City Clerk and copies are available for review/inspection at the following locations: • Community Housing Administration Office 6842 North 61st Avenue, Glendale, Arizona • City of Glendale website: www.glendaleaz.com SECTION 2. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to execute and submit the 2024 PHA Plan and execute any all agreements and documents necessary as long as the action is consistent with the approved 2021 PHA Annual Plan on behalf of the City of Glendale.
