20 Trips/month is the default allotment; 50 trips/month is for those clients using the service 
for work or recurring medical treatments.
•
Going and Return trips can be pre-scheduled; no restriction on how far out trips can be 
scheduled.
•
FY24 average cost per trip across all cities/jurisdictions is currently $37.73 (276K Trips). 
•
FY24 average trip length across all cities/jurisdictions is 6.97 Miles.
•
FY24 net cost per mile across all cities/jurisdictions is $5.24.

•
Operated by Valley Metro.
•
Customer pays $4 per trip regardless of trip length or space type 
(ambulatory/wheelchair).
•
Shared Ride service on a paratransit bus.
•
Requires advance reservation.
•
FY25 estimated cost to Glendale is $1.7M (per-trip cost of $74.63) 
with an estimated 24K trips provided.
