Glendale City Code Chapter 25-22 Repeat Offenders
(a) "Repeat Offender" shall mean a responsible person who has a confirmed history of violating the 
Glendale Municipal Code Titles 24 or 25 three (3) or more times within a twelve (12) month period 
following the date of the issuance of the second violation of the Glendale City Code.
(b) For the purposes of this section, a violation of the City Code includes the issuance of a compliance 
order by a code enforcement officer, and/or a notice of parking violation and/or issuance of notice of 
violations letters, and/or civil citation, and/or the filing of criminal charges, and/or the initiation of a 
contractual abatement against the responsible person.
(c) A violation of this section is a civil offense, separate from other code violations, and shall be punished 
with minimum fine of no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no greater than one thousand 
dollars ($1,000.00) for a first offense and a minimum fine of no less than one hundred fifty dollars 
($150.00) and no greater than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for second or subsequent offenses 
within the twelve-month period.
