–The inclusion of approximately 9 acres is 
projected to generate a positive net fiscal impact.

estimated at $7.8 Million Dollars.
▪The possible net impact to the City is $560,000 
dollars per year, excluding one-time revenues.

Council Consensus to move forward with 
the annexation process
▪As required by State Statute, a City
Council public hearing is held on the
“Blank Petition”.
▪Property owner signatures may then be
obtained on the “Petition”.

adoption of the annexation.
▪If the annexation is approved, the site would be
added to the Glendale City limits 30 days later.
