RESOLUTION NO. R24-50 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ENTERING INTO OF 
A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE 
FEDERAL 
BUREAU 
OF 
INVESTIGATION 
AND 
THE 
GLENDALE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR PARTICIPATION 
IN THE JOINT TERRORISM TASK FORCE. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and the citizens 
that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with The Federal Bureau of Investigation for 
participation in the Joint Terrorism Task Force be entered into, which MOU is now on file in the 
office of the City Clerk of the City of Glendale.  
 
SECTION 2.  That the City Council authorizes and directs the City of Glendale Police 
Chief to execute all documents necessary to enter into the MOU on behalf of the City of Glendale.  
 
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
