RESOLUTION NO. R24-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ENTERING INTO OF
A GRANT PASS-THROUGH AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF PHOENIX (FAIN NO. AZ-2024-001-00) FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROVIDING TRANSIT SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1.  That it is deemed in the best interest of the City of Glendale and the citizens
thereof that the Grant Pass-Through Agreement between the City of Phoenix and the City of
Glendale for the purpose of operating assistance for transit services, Federal Award Identification
Number (FAIN) AZ-2024-001-00 be entered into, which said agreement is now on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Glendale.
SECTION 2.  That the City Manager or designee and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute and deliver said Amendment No. 4 on behalf of the City of Glendale.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 11th day of June, 2024.
