Agreement-Amendment to IGA with El Mirage

Al\1.ENDMENT NO. 2 TO INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT 
BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL MIRAGE AND THE CITY OF GLENDALE 
(Contract No. ClS-0520-2) 
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 is made and entered into by and between the City of El 
Mirage. an Arizona municipal corporation ("El Mirage''). and the City of Glendale, an Arizona 
municipal corporation ("Glendale"). El Mirage and Glendale arc jointly rcfetTcd to herein as the 
·'Parties" and individually, as a "Party." 
RECITALS 
WHEREAS the Parties entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement ( IGA) on May 15. 
1018, that was for an initial three-year period that ended June 30, 2011. for the University of 
Phoenix Stadium (thereafter the name changed to State Farm Stadium) in Glendale to provide law 
enforcement, security, and traffic management services at the Stadium: and 
WHEREAS Amendment No. l to the IGA extended its term from July I. 1011, to June 
30,2024;and 
WHEREAS the parties desire to extend the term of the IGA for an additional three-year 
term, from July 1. 2024, through June 30, 2027. 
THEREFORE, the pa11ies agree as follows: 
AGREEMENT 
I. Pursuant to the extension provision of Amendment No. L the parties agree to extend the 
tenns of the IGA from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027. 
1. All other terms and conditions of the IGA and Amendment No. l remain unchanged and 
in full force and effect. 
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have entered into this Amendment o.1 on the 
effective date.
