RESOLUTION NO. R24-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLENDALE,
MARICOPA
COUNTY,
ARIZONA,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH DOS HERMANOS PASTY CO,
LLC FOR USE OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR DOWNTOWN
OUTDOOR DINING, LOCATED DIRECTLY ADJACENT TO
5753 WEST GLENDALE AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of Glendale owns and controls a variety of properties through the
community, including, but not limited to, buildings, parking lots, public rights of way, roadway,
and vacant land; and
WHEREAS, the city supports a vibrant downtown and encourages local businesses to
create patron activity that attracts additional economic growth and enlivens the downtown
environment; and
WHEREAS, allowing the use of or access to city-owned or controlled property to support
downtown revitalization is in the best interest of the city
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute and deliver a License
Agreement with Dos Hermanos Pasty Co, LLC pertaining to property located directly adjacent to
5753 West Glendale Avenue.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Council of the City of
Glendale, Maricopa County, Arizona, this 24th day of September, 2024.
