RESOLUTION NO. R24-98 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA22-09 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 83RD AVENUE AND GLENDALE AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving General Plan Amendment GPA22-09 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from MDR 5 (Medium Density Residential 3.5 to 5.0 du/ac) and OFC (Office) to CCC (Corporate Commerce Center) for property located at the southwest corner of 83rd Avenue and Glendale Avenue.
