RESOLUTION NO. R24-100 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, ARIZONA, BY APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT GPA23-05 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF GLENDALE AVENUE AND 99TH AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: SECTION 1. The General Plan Map of the City of Glendale, Arizona, is amended by approving the General Plan Amendment GPA23-05 amending the General Plan Land Use Map from PC (Planned Commercial) and BP (Business Park) to EMU (Entertainment Mixed Use) for property located at the northwest corner of Glendale Avenue and 99th Avenue.
