RESOLUTION NO. R24-105 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
GLENDALE, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND 
ACCEPT A PROPERTY USE LICENSE FROM SALT RIVER 
PROJECT AGRICULTURAL IMPROVEMENT AND POWER 
DISTRICT FOR INTERSECTIONS LOCATED AT 91ST 
AVENUE AND MARYLAND AVENUE AND 91ST AVENUE 
AND OCOTILLO ROAD. 
 
WHEREAS, Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District review of 
project design plans resulted in requirement of the City to make sewer line under crossing’s and 
other intersection improvements at 91st Avenue at Maryland Avenue and at Ocotillo Road; and   
 
WHEREAS, the City requires a Property Use License from Salt River Project Agricultural 
and Improvement District to construct sanitary sewer relief improvements at the intersections of 
91st Avenue and Maryland Avenue and at 91st Avenue and Ocotillo Road; and 
 
WHEREAS, the City has determined that the Property Use License would benefit the 
citizens of Glendale and be in the public interest.  
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE as follows: 
 
SECTION 1.  That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to execute and 
accept a Property Use License from Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power 
District. Said Property Use License is on file with the City Clerk. 
 
SECTION 2.    That the Mayor or City Manager and the City Clerk be authorized and 
directed to execute and deliver said agreement on behalf of the City of Glendale.
