JOINT AGENCY AGREEMENT

MARICOPA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS

THE CITY OF GLENDALE
AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE
THIS AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE amends the Joint Agency Agreement entered into
between the Maricopa Association of Governments and the City of Glendale, an Arizona
Municipal corporation (the “Agreement”) as follows.
1.
Recital E of the Agreement is deleted and replaced with the following:
E. The regional reimbursement schedule for the Project is as follows:

2.
Paragraph D of the Agreement is deleted and replaced with the following:
A. Term and Termination.  The Agreement is valid through the payment of the final invoice
for completion of construction, by September 30, 2025, as noted in the reimbursement
schedule of the Recitals, Section E, subject to earlier termination as specifically provided
herein.

Paragraphs D(1), D(2), D(3) and D(4), including the sub-paragraphs therein remain
unchanged.
3.
All other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged.
4.
This Amendment One shall be effective upon the date it is fully executed by the Parties.
